Menus
Where possible we source all products locally or from suppliers we know and trust.
We produce all our own sauces, relishes and dressings on site, use only free range eggs (in our baking too) and use only home-grown New Zealand reared meats.
Blackboard
We have a full blackboard brunch menu, utilising the best seasonal produce on offer. We change this as is necessary to ensure you are getting the best that’s available.
Most of our meals can be made gluten free, and we have gluten free toast for the breakys, and gluten free bases for the pizzas. We are also happy to oblige with any other dietary requirements when we can.
Pizza
Thin homemade gourmet bases, rich tomato and herb sauce, mozzarella and a choice selection of toppings, all with parmesan cheese and fresh herbs.
Named after aircraft that once operated on the airbase .check out the kids options too…very popular.
Counter Food
Our counter food offer is ideal for those with a little less time or feel like something a touch lighter. All our food is available takeaway.
We have an extremely popular range of hot pressed sandwiches, croissants, salads and much much more. The counter food offer changes daily and there is always something to tempt everyone.

Each menu has something for the little ones.

chocolate caramel slice, Jorgia's bread and butter cake ,homemade ginger apricot slice, daily fresh homemade scones and muffins and a huge selection of other cakes, slices and biscuits all served with whipped cream or yoghurt if desired. Simply Yummy..enough said.
Gelato & Sorbetto
We are proud to supply a selection of what we think is the best gelato and sorbetto around. Lovingly handcrafted from our friends Heather and Charlie at Charlie’s Gelato garden, Matakana.
As well as classic flavours, there is an extensive menu of unusual and seasonal creations that we get to choose from. We use the best Danish waffle cones and our gelato and sorbetto is available in various sizes including kiddy cone (bambino). Try a gelato soda or a scoop with your cake selection. Catering
We provide a wide variety of catering options, Let us know what you need via email or give us a call and we will tailor-make something to suit your needs.
Espresso
Our espresso beans come from our partners in the café at Matakana coffee roasters and love shack.
All our beans are small batch roasted from only the best green beans available, and the decaf uses the Swiss water treatment method. We have formulated our own delicious “Catalina blend” which exhibits a gutsy punch and smooth finish.
Retail bags of whole beans are also available which we grind to order for espresso or plunger if desired.
You can utilise the Catalina coffee card at the Hobsonville point market stall and Matakana love shack as well. Five stamps and the next ones free, fantastic value!
Teas
We have a fantastic range of traditional, fruit and herbal infusion teas from teatotal and kerikeri organic teas.
